OUR MISSION
Through music, dance and poetry, we lead audiences on a theatrical voyage of self-discovery.
We call upon the imagination to guide us into an exploration of our human place in the natural world.

The Ensemble
Founded in 2013, The Butterfly Ship ensemble presents an original tale "Ever & The Butterfly Ship" to audiences of all ages. We sail to venues to tell our story with poetic narration, dialogue written by an award-winning playwright, original music, dance, costumes and set design. Our educational programs for children leverage the power of storytelling as a launching point for engaged learning. A collective enterprise, our crew regularly welcomes guest artists to join us in staging unique events: our recent performances have included a musical band, a dance and theater troupe, a children’s ensemble, and aerial artists.
